By participation in the LDDK you receive an opportunity to influence the procedures of elaboration and approval of policy planning documents and regulatory enactments both at national and international level, thus making changes that will positively influence the development of your enterprise and the whole respective industry field.
Joining regulations
LDDK Council makes a decision on admission of the applicant by open simple majority.

Documents to be submitted:

Associations:
1. A filled in, signed and sealed application form (in accordance with the common practice, the application shall be signed by the head of the association or his/her authorized person).
2. A copy of registration card.
3. Power of Attorney on the authorized person to represent the association at LDDK (sealed with the stamp of the association)
4. A list of the associate members – enterprises (name and place – city, district)
5. A filled in survey on appointed representatives for work in expert working groups

Enterprises:
1. A filled in, signed and sealed application form (in accordance with the common practice, the application shall be signed by the head of the enterprise or his/her authorized person).
2. A copy of registration card.
3. Power of Attorney on the authorized person to represent the enterprise at LDDK (sealed with the stamp of the enterprise)
4. A filled in survey on appointed representatives for work in expert working groups

Evaluation of the documents submitted
After receiving the documents, the Directorate of the Employers’ Confederation of Latvia informs the applicant about the Board’s meeting of LDDK which will consider the issue of admitting the applicant to the Employers’ Confederation of Latvia.
